Ferdinand the Bull kicks off new ASF season

The 2009-2010 season at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival has begun. GreatNewsMontgomery.com attended the open house to welcome the community to the new season.

The cast from Ferdinand the Bull posed for pictures and mingled with the crowd. The Colonial Promenade Chick-Fila Cow brought a boatload of their famous nuggets for everyone to enjoy. Eddie ate at least 20 of them. Chick- Fila is also holding a meet and greet with the cast at their Colonial Promenade store on Tuesday November 10th. Maybe some of you will see this in time to attend and we will have some pictures from that event as well.

We are also working on a short film about the history of Ferdinand for ASF. It should be ready by midweek or sooner. This is a story that is rich in history and long on positive lessons.
